At The Gallerist, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not a perfect fit for your space, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible merchandise.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original gallery packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, including all certificates of authenticity.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our curators inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
